Your Impact With UsPrecision Meets Control: You monitor and manage the cellar inventory using our inventory system "Kost," ensuring seamless stock management. Administrative Efficiency: You support our Economat team with a variety of administrative tasks, helping ensure smooth operations across all departments. Accounting Accuracy: With a keen eye, you review and post goods receipt proposals, delivery notes, and invoices, ensuring all documents are filed correctly. Communication Pro: You correspond professionally with our suppliers and help maintain vital business relationships. Quality Manager:

You carry out quality checks in your area of responsibility, ensuring the high standards our guests expect. Project Support: You actively contribute to various projects in purchasing and cost controlling and help improve our processes with your ideas. Technical Allrounder: You maintain and program our TCPOS & Kost cash register systems – ensuring smooth operation at all times. Negotiation Talent: You request quotes for F&B and non-food items, supporting our purchasing efficiency. This is youEducation & Experience: You have completed vocational training or hotel education and gained initial experience in F&B/ Service, Kitchen or Controlling. Culinary Passion:

You are passionate about gastronomy and have a deep understanding of quality and freshness. Technical Know-How: You are proficient in MS Office and navigate digital tools and systems with ease.
