Junior Civil EngineerJob Id : 100168046×Please enter details to report jobName*Email*Reason to reportDescriptionHi All,we are seeking for Junior Civil Engineer who have experience in Precast experience (Factory)To support the design, production, and quality assurance of precast concrete elements in the factory. The Junior Civil Engineer will work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of engineering tasks as per project requirements and factory standards. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in reviewing and interpreting structural and architectural drawings related to precast elements. Prepare shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and production details under supervision.
Coordinate with design, production, and quality control teams for smooth workflow. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines. Support in updating documentation, reports, and daily progress records. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to molds, reinforcement, or casting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in the factory. Liaise with senior engineers for material estimation, production planning, and delivery schedules. Participate in inspections and coordinate with QA/QC for approvals. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 0–2 years of experience in precast concrete or construction industry (factory experience preferred).
Basic understanding of precast elements like columns, beams, slabs, and wall panels. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit; exposure to ERP systems is an advantage. Familiar with structural and reinforcement detailing. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented factory environment.
