The ideal candidate will ensure effective control, storage, handling, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily Workshop operations:
receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures Supervise storekeepers and material coordinators to ensure record accuracy Coordination with Procurement and Production for material availability Manage inventory systems and support material allocation for fabrication processes Monitor and report inventory levels, usage, and stock turnover Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and security standards Maintain accuracy between physical and digital stock (including Oracle Software updates) Participate in periodic inventory audits and committee reviews Return usable offcuts to inventory and update records accordingly Support continuous improvement in workshop and material handling efficiencyGeneral Qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Workshop /inventory management.
