You’ll be the go-to person for managing technicians, ensuring job quality, and coordinating daily site activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate HVAC maintenance and installation tasks. Lead a team of technicians across multiple job sites. Ensure work is done according to technical and safety standards.
Report daily progress and issues to management. Handle on-site troubleshooting and minor repair tasks as needed. Ensure tools, materials, and manpower are used efficiently. Requirements Minimum 10 years experience in AC maintenance and installation (residential & light commercial). Previous experience as team leader or foreman preferred. Strong knowledge of split units, ducted systems, and package units. Able to read technical drawings and follow service schedules. Valid driving license is a plus. Good communication and leadership skills. Transferable visa (Article 18) is a must.
