This individual will work under the supervision of the Procurement & Inventory Control Manager, and will be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring goods are handled with care, and meeting the highest food safety standards. ResponsibilitiesOversee daily receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Implement and monitor inventory storing methods such as FIFO and FEFOEnsure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, production & delivery teams. Monitor cold storage & hygiene standards. Prepare warehouse activity reports. Qualifications2+ years’ warehouse experience (F&B preferred). Knowledge of HACCP & cold storage handling. Skilled in inventory control & ERP systems. Strong organizational & communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
