Ensure safety and security of the premises 24/7. Report any emergencies or suspicious activity. Coordinate with management and maintenance teams when needed. Ensure gates and lighting systems are secured at night. Oversee daily operations of the workers’ accommodation/camp. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the camp facilities. Manage room allocations and maintain an updated accommodation roster. Monitor attendance and report absences or irregularities to HR/Admin. Coordinate with catering services to ensure timely and adequate meal distribution.

Handle grievances or concerns raised by workers regarding living conditions. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations inside the camp. Supervise camp staff (e. g. , cleaners, maintenance crew, security). Maintain inventory of camp supplies (e. g. , bedding, cleaning materials). Coordinate transportation of workers between camp and project site if required. Report repairs and maintenance issues to the appropriate departments. Liaise with HR/admin for new arrivals, departures, and transfers. Enforce camp rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline. Conduct regular inspections to ensure facility standards are maintained.
