Manage and follow up on MEP submissions from design to site execution and authority approvals. Conduct inspections to ensure electromechanical works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Liaise with project managers, architects, leasing, facilities management, and external consultants to ensure integrated MEP coordination. Ensure full adherence to local regulations, KFD, and municipality standards in both electrical and mechanical scopes.
Provide on-the-spot solutions for site issues related to MEP conflicts or unforeseen conditions. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
