Train new employees on ERP usage and system updates. Monitor system data related to shipments, storage, and inventory transfers. Coordinate with government systems (e.
g. , Kuwait Post, IPS) and ensure data accuracy. Follow up on issues raised via Al Sheraa customer mobile applications. Prepare regular reports for internal departments and ministry requirements. ________________________________________📌 Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in system analysis or ERP support, preferably in logistics or supply chain. Proficiency in ERP platforms (e. g. , Exceed, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
