Expert in computer operations, including data entry, order tracking, and reportingBilingual (English & Arabic) with excellent communication skillsStrong coordination skills with kitchen staff, dispatch team, and delivery driversAbility to work under pressure and handle bulk orders efficientlyKnowledge of basic inventory and order managementGood understanding of food safety and hygiene standards🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, organize, and dispatch food orders accurately and on timeCoordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely deliveriesMonitor and update delivery platforms and systems in real-timeResolve delivery issues and communicate with clients when necessaryMaintain records of dispatched items and prepare daily reportsEnsure delivery vehicles are properly loaded and dispatched with correct ordersCommunicate with the kitchen regarding order readiness and special instructionsSupport in packing and organizing catering event orders📨 Interested applicants may send their CV to:
