Job Description Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions. Gather proposals, specifications and related documents.
Performing detailed tender review including contractual and commercial terms and proper risk analysis Preparing accurate cost estimation and competitive techno-commercial offers Building a data base of vendors Preparing variation estimation Coordinating with Project Execution team and commercial for monitoring costs, preparation of estimation for variation works, valuations and claims Capable of project management, engineering, execution of construction Electrical workQualificationsMust have: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field At least 5 years’ experience Previous experience working in Electrical & ELV construction projects Good attention to details. Good analytical and problem-solving skills required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
