Fabrication Responsibilities: Interpret and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications related to aluminum windows, doors, and curtain walls. Measure, cut, and prepare aluminum profiles and components using appropriate tools and machinery. Assemble window, door, and curtain wall frames in the workshop according to design specifications. Perform quality control checks on fabricated units to ensure alignment with standards and tolerances. Apply necessary hardware, gaskets, and accessories during the fabrication process.

Ensure proper labeling and packaging of fabricated units for transportation to site. Installation Responsibilities: Read and interpret installation drawings, elevations, and layout plans at the job site. Perform on-site measurements and verify dimensions prior to installation. Install aluminum windows, doors, and curtain walls as per design and industry standards. Ensure proper alignment, level, plumb, and squareness during installation. Use appropriate sealants, fasteners, EPDM Rubber and fixing systems as per specifications. Coordinate with civil and other trades to ensure openings are ready and access is available. Site Coordination & Compliance:

Report any discrepancies or site issues to the supervisor promptly or share in the site WhatsApp group. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area at the site. Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient installation. Quality Assurance: Check for damages or defects in materials before and after installation. Conduct final inspections of installed units and ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing. Perform touch-ups or adjustments as needed to meet quality standards. Support handover processes by assisting with testing and commissioning when required.

Tools & Equipment: Properly handle, maintain, and store tools and equipment used during fabrication and installation. Ensure tools are in good working condition and report malfunctions immediately.
