KYC/AML Associate (m/w/d)

Key Requirements:Ideal candidate to possess a minimum of 2 years of KYC/AML experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and EnglishBachelor’s degree in finance or lawEntrepreneurial business and service focused Demonstrable time-management skills and attention to detailAbility to effectively manage priorities while balancing competing demands and tight deadlinesWillingness to learn, strong analytical skills and proactive, independent, solution-oriented attitudeCo-operative, and comfortable working in a small team environment, including remote team Skills/Experience: In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of KYC/AML; onboarding entities from a wide range of jurisdictions and risk considerationsA strong knowledge of different complex corporate entity typesAbility to identify red flags and issues and escalate these accordinglyEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment with strong result-driven and quality-oriented way of workingHighly client orientated, i.e., capable to interact at any levels with the client and ability to build good client relationshipsRole and Responsibilities Responsible for onboarding entities in line with the applicable AML policy requirements (customer due diligence, ongoing follow-up and client risk analyses)Performing Periodic Reviews of existing clients in a timely mannerPrioritise the onboarding of new entities in conjunction with ongoing projects within the teamAdhere to all designated timeframes and procedure to ensure on time and accurate completion of work.Analyse complex company structures and determine the ultimate beneficial owner, the group of obligors according to relevant regulationsProviding input into the improvements of all processes in the business; a real opportunity to continue to shape the KYC/AML process
