You support communication and change management initiatives related to these learning journeys. You source and curate content to enhance guided learning journeys and programs. You liaise with stakeholders to pilot designed learning experiences. You focus on maximizing the impact of learning for employees to achieve business strategy realization.What are we looking for?You have more than 5 years of experience in designing effective learning journeys using a blended approach. You have experience using an LMS, such as SAP SuccessFactors, as an administrator. You possess skills in designing e-learnings as an Instructional Designer with authoring tools. You understand effective learning methodologies, project management, communication, and change management. You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, and German is beneficial. You are a passionate educator focused on internal customer satisfaction. You thrive in team environments and build trusting relationships with collaborators. You challenge business requirements to create meaningful impact. You are organized and effectively manage your priorities. You are currently eligible to work in Belgium.
