As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers a unique chance to engage with diverse teams, enhance your analytical abilities, and build meaningful connections within the organization.Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of impactful learning programs Contribute to client projects by applying analytical skills Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance learning initiatives Support the identification of training needs and opportunities Engage in research to inform program improvements Build relationships within the organization to foster collaboration Utilize various tools and methodologies to solve challenges Maintain exemplary standards of quality in deliverablesWhat You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English requiredWhat Sets You Apart Master's Degree in English, Communicative English, Mass Communication Possessing knowledge of MS Office Suite and G Suite Utilizing Power BI and Alteryx for data analysis Managing LMS and Learning Hub effectively Excelling in client communication and SME interaction Generating insightful reports and dashboards Open to learning new skills and tools Adapting to new situations with flexibility Demonstrating attention to precision and awareness of industry trends
