Consulting is seeking a Strategy & Operations Specialist to join the Healthcare Strategy & Operations function. This role supports the growth, operations, and strategic priorities of the U. S. Healthcare Sector — with a focus on MedTech, Healthcare Services, and adjacent sub-sectors. You’ll report to the Healthcare Strategy & Operations lead and work closely with sector leadership and the broader Strategy & Operations team.

This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. It is well suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to gain exposure to sector strategy and operations in a top-tier consulting firm.

ResponsibilitiesSector Strategy & Growth SupportCollaborate with the Healthcare Strategy & Operations lead to support development and tracking of strategic and operational plans for the sectorWork closely with the broader Healthcare Strategy & Operations team to assist with coordination of sector growth initiativesSupport sub-sector and practice leaders in identifying and prioritizing key initiatives across MedTech, Healthcare Services, and other verticalsAssist in the project management of sector initiatives such as capability building, go-to-market efforts, and service line developmentPrepare materials for sector, sub-sector, and practice-level planning and leadership meetingsSector Operations & CommunicationsSupport day-to-day operations critical to the effective functioning of the Healthcare Sector, including:

Partnering with the Knowledge Management team to maintain and enhance the Community of Practice (CoP) site(s)Tracking and managing the annual sector social budgetCoordinating knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote access to sector insights across the firmSupporting execution of regular team engagement activities such as team meetings and information sessionsMaintaining communication infrastructure, including distribution lists and collaboration channelsContribute to performance reporting, resource tracking, and internal communications Collaborate with the Healthcare Insights Center (HIC), Knowledge Management (KM), and Data & Analytics (D&A) teams to help facilitate access to sector-specific tools and IPCross-Functional & Firmwide EngagementLiaise with other core services teams (e. g.

, Marketing, Growth, People, and Solutions) to support alignment on firmwide initiatives Contribute to coordination of cross-functional activities that support sector visibility and firm positioningRequirements2–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or other professional services environmentsInterest in the healthcare industry, particularly MedTech, Providers, Payers, HCIT, or healthcare supply chainExperience supporting or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced settingStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present information clearlyStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyA proactive mindset — we are seeking a team member who demonstrates initiative, anticipates needs, and consistently identifies opportunities to improve processes and outcomes beyond assigned responsibilitiesProficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools such as PowerBI or Alteryx is a plusUndergraduate degree requiredFor more information and to apply, go toL.

S. offices.  In California, Illinois and New York, the base salary is between $65,000 - $90,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level. L. E. K. also offers a performance bonus, profit sharing and other benefits.
