L’Oréal Czech Republic is looking for a new colleague who will lead our 2 biggest professional French brands (L'Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase) in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. YOU willDefine and guide French brands strategy consistently while respecting the international brand's respective equities and the country’s priorities to contribute to the continued growth of our brands and number of customers, and to strengthen our consumer relationship. In cooperation with the multibrand sales department levarage potential and own growth strategies in all distribution channels: salons, wholesalers, e-shop, premium retail.

Own all key french brands metrics e. g. turnover, market share, brand ekvity. Manage the full P&L of your brands making choices and recommendations on innovative, growth-driving, profitable levers to activate. In delegation to BBLs and education managers, assure the complete ownership of the end-to-end marketing & education processes on all brand initiatives. Coordinate with the Zone Brand Directors on the business guidelines, asset management, best practices, and results sharing. Animate and develop a multicultural french brands marketing and education team across Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

Actively contributes to the Professional Products Division longternm growth as a Member of the PPD Mancom.

Ideal candidate profileAt least 5 years of Marketing and Education Management experienceStrategic thinker with extensive knowledge of O+O marketing strategy, consumer insight & brand value creationMultichannel brand experience (BtoB and BtoC)Obsessed with customer and consumer centricityProven track of business results over a given brand Understanding of P&L drivers and how to drive action plansExcellent analytical skills and sense of focus to prioritize and drive key initiatives to successStrong communication skills to build and sustain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and clients and to drive changes through collaboration with a sense of empathyStrong team leadership experience:
