A Day in the LifeAs our Medical Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of empowering our Medical team to unlock the full potential of Veeva CRM. Reporting to the Omnichannel Manager, you’ll collaborate with Field Managers, Medical Representatives, Business Analysts, and Communication Specialists to ensure seamless system adoption, data analysis, and process optimization.
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Will Look LikeTraining & Support: Develop and deliver engaging training programs for all users, ensuring proficient system utilization. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system performance. Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular data analysis, maintain data quality, and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drive the development of reporting processes aligned with best practices. System Optimization: Work closely with the Medical team to understand evolving business processes and configure Veeva CRM to support their workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and actively contribute to the success of the Medical team. Project Management: Manage project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth implementation. We Are Looking ForYou’ll Thrive In This Role If You HaveFluency in CZ/SK and English (written and spoken). Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Veeva and Salesforce. Strong data management skills, attention to detail, and experience with Power BI and PBI workspace administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
