Your Mission…As a Media Manager in L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you will lead and develop the media strategy for a range of brands of the division with a strong ROI and test-and-learn mentality. You will play a key role in driving our first-party audience and data acceleration, championing performance media best practices and be the expert on media reporting tools. You will own the relationship with our media agency, ensuring seamless campaign activation and alignment with brand priorities.

You Will…Lead 360° Media Strategy & PlanningPartner with marketing and agencies on brand campaigns. Be the primary media agency contact. Drive key media topics and implement best practices (Rules of Engagement, Media Mix Modelling, Test & Learn). Define divisional performance media strategy and 2P retailer data governance. Ensure 1P data integration in all our media targeting. Lead retailer Joint Business Plans (JBPs) involving media. Ensure compliance with L’Oréal Golden Rules.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in media, preferably within the FMCG sectorDemonstrated expertise in digital marketing landscapes and emerging platformsA genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current beauty trendsHighly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProven ability to develop and execute data-driven media strategies aligned with business objectivesSolid understanding of online and offline retail dynamics, with a preferred focus on the mass beauty marketProficiency in media performance management and analysis, with a focus on optimizing ROIDemonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, developing "out-of-the-box" media solutionsStrong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendationsExperience with platforms like Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, DV360, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
