Key AccountabilitiesBe the leader of the 360-brand team to deliver a winning brand planDefine the brand frame/strategy and offline and online growth plan using local consumer and market insights and guidelines from Zone and DMIDefine the brands communication and retail strategies to maximize sales and build brand equityDefine and manage the brand commercial strategy and lead the distributor partnership in the regionAnalyse and report weekly and monthly turnover landing for the brand, summarizing all channels of distributionOversee the education and training of Bas to ensure the best quality of service is provided by the BrandParticipate in quarterly and annual client meetings, to present brand plans, strategy and opportunitiesActively participate and lead on the brand forecasting process and monthly business cycle preparation and executionSet and follow up the annual brand budget with inputs from finance, markets & zoneBe accountable for brand REX and A&Ps and optimise in line with strategy and objectives to deliver target levels as per trendEnsure consistent 360 approach to brand expression and execution across channelsDrive core pillar growth and identify further opportunities to hack growthForecast launches with commercial input, and oversee launch executions and media planningBe the external voice for the team and represent the brand in Hub and Zone meetingsFoster collaboration between brand teams and countries, ensuring alignment, sharing, and leveraging of best practicesEnsure team development, positive engagement and empowerment for decision makingFoster collaboration with brand teams, countries and act as a coach to my team (both direct and indirect reports)Implement 360 mindset and ways of workingBe a champion of Simplicity and agile ways of workingRequirements8-12 years of experience in Marketing, with managerial experienceMarket & Consumer InsightIdentifies market driversTranslates trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insightsBrand DevelopmentThinks brand strategyImagines disruptive products & servicesDevelops integrated campaigns that workIntegrates retail & shopper expertiseActivation ExcellenceDelivers excellence with agility and rigourIntegrates sustainable, business consciousnessCollaborative LeadershipCreates collaboration for bigger successShares & leverages best practiceL'ORÉAL COMPETENCIESInnovatorStrategistPeople DeveloperIntegratorEntrepreneur
