A Day in the LifeAs a Trade Marketing & E-Com Intern at L’Oréal Romania, reporting to the Category Leader Hair, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of trade marketing and e-commerce strategies within our Consumer Products Division (CPD).

This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on exciting projects that directly impact the success of our brands in the Romanian market. Trade Activation ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage in-store communication materials, including briefing design and production agencies, monitoring production, and ensuring timely delivery to points of sale. Monitor the implementation of communication materials in-store and track promotional communication in client catalogues. Create and update monthly activation guidelines, ensuring the field team is informed and equipped. Keep track of the POS list and monitor competitors' in-store communication.

E-Commerce ResponsibilitiesSupport the E-Com team in mastering e-commerce fundamentals and driving a customer-centric business approach. Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors by leveraging diverse data sources. Build on category shopper insights to assess the role of Health & Beauty in the retailer's online store. Activate business drivers by tracking and analyzing category/ brand performance, content quality, share of assortment, visibility, and execution of e-commerce fundamentals. We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about trade marketing & e-commerce. Category Vision: Understanding of category dynamics and consumer trends. Shopper Intelligence: Ability to analyze shopper data and insights. Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives to engage shoppers. E-Commerce Fundamentals: Knowledge of online retail dynamics, including content quality, assortment planning, and visibility optimization. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
