We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our L1 Support Engineer Intern (paid program):Placement/Based in BSD (Full Onsite) Work in shifts to support 24/7 operationsRequirements: Last year student or fresh graduate Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.Basic understanding of application systems and IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage).Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems Ability to perform basic operating system maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.Performing basic configuration updates. Running simple diagnostic and network connectivity testsStrong communication and collaboration abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and procedures. Primary Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all incoming support requests related to applications, infrastructure, and basic network services. Perform real-time monitoring of applications, servers, databases, and network devices using dashboards, alerting systems, and monitoring tools. Conduct initial triage and troubleshooting for application errors, server warnings, hardware alerts, and connectivity issues. Log, categorize, and route tickets to the appropriate support teams when further handling is required. Perform operational actions as defined in SOPs, such as: Provide onsite support when required.Manage user accounts.Document recurring issues and their resolutions in the knowledge base to improve efficiency. Conduct system health checks during scheduled maintenance or after updates. Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and security protocols for incident management, change control, and escalation. Participate in shift rotations to provide continuous support coverage when needed. We help our partner to face the unavoidable future.
