Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist, located in Linz. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers to ensure their satisfaction, and analyzing problems to find effective solutions. The role requires daily interaction with customers to deliver seamless technical support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
