We are currently looking for a L1 Technical Support Consultant in Latin America.In this role, you will provide first-level technical support for software, hardware, and SaaS solutions in a fully remote, multicultural environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting client issues, monitoring hardware and systems, and ensuring timely escalation to appropriate teams.
