You will play a key role in establishing and scaling the operational backbone of the service while ensuring it delivers a reliable, competitive, and compliant offering. 🦸♀️🦸♂️Your ResponsibilitiesDefinition of prospective roaming partnerships for expansion together with the Revenue Team, ensuring network value and business performance. Negotiating roaming and partnership agreements with roaming hubs, international charge point operators (CPOs), and other e-mobility-related organizations, as well as launching technical roaming connections. Managing the strategic growth of our eMSP network by facilitating onboarding and operational readiness with new roaming partners and ensuring service quality.
Designing, implementing, and optimizing internal processes and controls for efficient operations, including invoicing and clearing processes (such as, validating transactions, reconciling accounts, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely payments). Steering pricing operations, including aligning, maintaining and updating tariffs in line with company strategy and contractual agreements. Supporting energy procurement activities to optimize costs and align with sustainability goals. 😎 Your ProfileYou have several years of proven experience in CPO management, EV roaming, procurement, fintech, and/or related business development roles that demonstrates your knowledge of the European electric mobility ecosystem, compliance standards, and interoperability technical stack (OCPI, etc. ).
You have a degree in management, economics, business informatics, and/or marketing, combined with strong business development and contract negotiation expertise. Your qualifications demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with data. You have excellent communication, negotiation and strategic-thinking skills, paired with a solution-oriented mindset. While also being a strong team player, you enjoy working independently and you thrive in multi-stakeholder environments that enable you to collaborate closely with various types of teams in different countries.
Outstanding English language skills (both spoken and written) is a must, with additional language skills such as French, German, English, Dutch, and / or Italian as a plus. You are open to travelling internationally across the EU to meet partners, attend industry conferences and to work closely with local Electra teams onsite.
