该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 2.0 Job Summary职位概述 Ÿ Take full responsibilities of the testing work, onsite management, equipment management, test report preparation , test order outsource,Ÿ 负责进行产品性能测试工作、实验室现场管理、设备管理、试验报告编写；试验项目委外分包。 Ÿ Carry out CNAS system requirement and continue improvement.Ÿ 贯彻执行CNAS-CL01标准和持续改进管理体系有效性； 3.0 Key Responsibilities主要职责 Ÿ Testing feasibility analysis, testing cost calculation; Ÿ 负责试验可行性分析，及测试成本核算； Ÿ Be in charge of equipment daily check, maintenance , write test record and test report, make equipment maintenance and calibration plan , handle correctly various situation according to equipment management requirement; Ÿ 负责测试设备日常点检，保养维护、测试记录和报告编写；设备维护保养、校准计划制定及实施；设备台账建立、资料管理、使用及维修记录；按照设备管理的要求，正确处理仪器设备的各种情况； Ÿ Obey lab 5S requirement, hazardous chemical substance using and samples management; Ÿ 实验室5S、危化品、样品管理和使用； Ÿ Be in charge of sample checking and receiving, testing preparation included contour parts, test equipment, and test record; Ÿ 负责测试样品接收，对各类检测样品的外观、数量、封样标记完整性的检查及登记； 测试准备包括连接件、测试设备及记录准备； Ÿ Write test record and make sure the data accuracy and timeliness, release test report; 填写各种检测原始记录，确保各种检测原始记录（数据）的准确性和及时性并负责检测报告的发放；根据原始数据对检测报告进行电子化的录入编制； Ÿ Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time; Ÿ 配合公司需要，随时承担公司委派的其他任务。 Ÿ Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information. Ÿ 遵守公司信息安全管理规定，对公司信息保密，不泄露，保证信息的安全。 Ÿ Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time. Ÿ 配合公司需要，随时承担上级委派的其他任务。 任职要求： 4.0 Required education, experience, knowledge and skills需要的教育、经验、知识及技能 Ÿ Ÿ Bachelor or above degree with Automation, electronic, automotive or other related background Ÿ 大学本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、汽车等相关专业 Ÿ Minimum 3 years product performance related testing experience especially in tube test. Ÿ 3年及以上产品性能测试经验，有管路产品测试经验优先考虑优秀应届毕业生也可考虑 Ÿ Understand technical drawing and metrics knowledgeŸ 良好的图纸识别能力和计量知识 Ÿ Proper attitude and service preciseness proactive strong negotiation skills Ÿ 态度端正、严谨稳重、积极主动，具有较强的沟通能力、计划执行能力 Ÿ Fluent in both written and oral English Ÿ 英语听说读写良好
