Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob Summary:The Labeling Artwork Lead will coordinate a team of 7 label designers, ensuring the efficient and high-quality design of label and booklet proofs. This role requires strong organization skills, adherence to SOPs and quality standards, and proficiency in design software. The Supervisor will also be responsible for optimizing processes, handling client specifications, and providing technical support.Responsibilities:Coordinate and support the creation of label and booklet proofsApply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of workMaintain and optimize the design library databaseProvide technical support to the print shop and client serviceAssign tasks and distribute work among team membersReview and creation of WIs and SOPsConduct daily tier meetings to ensure team and project alignmentDemonstrates and models the 4I’s values— Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and InvolvementHolds staff accountable for their ongoing performance to specified standardsCollect weekly and monthly KPIsHandle individual PMD (Performance Management and Development) for team membersRecruit and train new colleagues, develop training plans to suit growth and improvement effortsProvide handover in the manager's absenceMinimum Qualifications:Strong project management skillsAbility to manage client relationshipsExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience in building and leading teamsKnowledge of SOPs and quality standardsExperience in optimization projectsEducation / Experience:Requires professional degree, preferably in a print shop fieldRequires management education or validated experiencesFluency in written and spoken German and EnglishProficiency in Adobe InDesignProficiency with software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
