Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Legal Advice and Risk ManagementProvide legal advice on labor law, social insurance, working hours, compensation, and termination;Monitor the legality of the company's labor relations, identify potential legal risks, and provide improvement recommendations;Participate in the development and review of the company's labor policies, employee handbook, and internal systems.2. Contract and Compliance ManagementDraft, review, and revise various labor contracts, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other documents;Ensure that the company's employment policies, employee benefits, and performance appraisal systems comply with local labor laws and regulations;Assist the HR department in maintaining legal compliance in matters such as hiring, transfers, and terminations.3. Labor Disputes and ArbitrationRepresent the company in handling labor disputes, arbitration, and litigation;Mediate employee relations conflicts and provide dispute resolution advice;Manage external law firms and monitor case progress and legal expenses.4. Training and Compliance OutreachProvide labor law training to management and the HR team;Develop legal compliance guidelines to enhance the company's overall legal awareness;Track changes in labor laws and policies and promptly update internal systems.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in law or above, preferred for those holding a practicing lawyer's license;At least three years of experience in labor law or HR compliance;Familiarity with the Labor Contract Law, the Social Insurance Law, and related judicial interpretations;Excellent logical analysis and communication skills;Ability to independently handle labor disputes and negotiations, with strong writing and reporting skills;Excellent English reading and writing skills (for multinational companies).
