Additionally, we offer enterprise-grade security solutions, data center facilities, and managed services to support the evolving needs of modern organizations.Job Summary:The Labor Relations Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of the company’s labor relations programs. This role assists in handling Labor-Management Committee (LMC) activities, reviewing and resolving employee discipline cases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and representing the company in hearings before the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), and other related agencies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or a related field.At least three (3) years of experience in labor relations or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, including the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE regulations, and other related legislation.Proven experience in handling LMC activities, drafting company policies, and leading due process procedures.Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.Key Responsibilities:1. Labor-Management Committee (LMC) SupportCoordinate and facilitate regular LMC meetings between management and employee representatives.Collaborate with both management and the employee council to address and resolve workplace concerns.Ensure all LMC discussions, resolutions, and initiatives comply with company policies and labor laws.2. Handling DOLE/NLRC CasesAssist in representing the company during DOLE and NLRC hearings.Prepare, organize, and submit required documents and reports to relevant government agencies in a timely and accurate manner.Monitor case progress and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.3. Employee DisciplineOversee the management of employee disciplinary cases, from investigation to resolution.Conduct or facilitate administrative hearings in accordance with due process.Draft and review Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), and other disciplinary communications.4. Other Labor Relations FunctionsSupport DOLE inspections and internal or external labor-related audits.Prepare and submit labor-related reports for DOLE, ESG, CDC, and other regulatory bodies.Perform other related tasks as may be assigned to support overall labor relations objectives.
