Job Description

The Labor Relations Officer drives the efficient and effective design and implementation of labor management system across the organization. All duties with sensitive information are performed with the highest degree of confidentiality.Employee & Labor Relations StrategyDevelop and implement short-term and long-term ER/LR strategies to maintain industrial peace.Lead initiatives that promote positive employee relations and address workplace concerns proactively.Compliance & Legal AdherenceEnsure organizational compliance with labor laws, Department Orders (DOs), and internal policies.Coordinate and lead internal audits (GLS & OSH) and ensure timely resolution of findings.Third-Party Contractor ManagementReview, interpret, and implement Service Agreements and performance scorecards in coordination with Corporate Purchasing.Collaborate with Corporate Purchasing on updates and revisions to Service Agreements.Oversee execution and compliance of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).Administrative InvestigationsServe as Subject Matter Expert (SME) or consultant in administrative investigations, including pre-investigation, formal hearings, and decision-making processes.Handle critical and sensitive employee cases with confidentiality and due process.Training & DevelopmentDesign and deliver Labor Relations training modules for internal stakeholders.Promote awareness and understanding of ER/LR policies and procedures across the organization.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or related field.At least four (4) years of full-time solid experience in employee/labor relations, compliance and contractor management.Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements.Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Laguna.Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc., the hiring entity, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation.
