ABOUT THE POSITION An essential part of our journey is the new position we have created: Digital & E-Retail Manager. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital & E-Retail Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of digital strategies. This role is essential for strengthening SVR Romania online presence, engaging communities, and driving e-commerce performance. You will oversee Social Media, Influencer Marketing, CRM, and e-commerce initiatives, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital experiences aligned with SVR brand vision.

RESPONSIBILITIESSocial Community Management: Build social strategies for each social channel and manage on a daily basis all social media. Define metrics to follow and monitor the performances. Propose strong activations that drives social engagement & traffic to the e-shop. Advise and consult brand marketing teams on social content development, creative ideas that reflect socially trendy content in Romania. Influencer Marketing Development and Management:
Build influencer marketing strategy for SVR in collaboration with marketing teams & agencies. Coordinate influencer campaigns: planning, budget, and all additional tasks leading to the realization of events. E-shop & E-Retail management Definition of the e-shop animation plan. Execute digital activations within the sites, according to global brand guidelines and country needs. Execute the necessary strategies to increase turnover and KPIs. Implement & optimize merchandizing strategies; catalog, trade promotion, search, prices, inventory. Implement and optimize the online experience (brand content, post-purchase, etc. ). Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a perfect shopping experience.
Implement promotional activities across e-retailers and drive online sales performance, ensuring brand visibility and alignment with each partner’s commercial strategy. CRMImplement the CRM strategy. Campaign management and optimization: plan, execute, and adapt to trends. Manage the CRM system to centralize and organize customer information, including purchase data, preferences, and behavior. Analyze & reporting: Analyze and interpret data from various digital touchpoints (CRM, Social Media, e-commerce, campaigns) to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and anomalies, and assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
Prepare regular performance reports with clear recommendations, and proactively propose corrective actions to optimize results across all digital channels. RequirementsBachelor's degree in communication, international trade, marketing, digital, or related career. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in related scope of work. Strong digital marketing experience, particularly in the areas of Social Media, digital analytics, e-commerce. Good English required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
