About The RoleThe microbiological Lab Technician is responsible for the correct application of updated microbiological laboratory procedures for reagent preparation, sampling and microbiological analysis. he/she masters the basics of safety management when handling culture media, reagents and biological products.Key Responsabilities Include Perform microbiological analyses of products and the environment according to control plans Keep the workstation clean Ensure that the methods, equipment, reagents, and products required for handling are available Make analysis results available Enter results into SAP Take samples when needed Take environmental samples (surfaces, soil, water, air, walls, etc.) Identify Enterobacteriaceae and Salmonella on the API 20 E gallery Monitor the inventory of consumables, reagents, products, and laboratory equipment (weekly, monthly, and unannounced inventory) Perform customer (LGC) and GROUP ring tests according to ability. May be assigned to other positions as needed and subject to ability. Create and monitor RCAs in the event of non-compliance (work, products, EMP, etc.) Comply with and enforce quality rules, good laboratory practices, and any other rules deemed necessary. Speak up for Quality Monitor and celebrate Quality Participate in the maintenance and improvement of the laboratory's quality management system. Perform all tasks requested by management within their capacity. Perform method verification in accordance with the protocol.About You BAC+2/3/Bachelor of Food Science/Biochemistry/Microbiology Languages: English professional, French. Microbiology laboratory technician Communication skills At least 2 years' practical laboratory or quality assurance experience in an HACCP environment in an FMCG organization (good understanding of customer specifications).
