Job Title: Laboratory Support Technician - Entry Level Location: Tucker, GAType: Contract To HireCompensation: $21-25/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 12PM-8:30AM  Overview:  Contract Testing Facility is seeking a Lab Support Technician to join their team on a contract to hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and preparing client samples for analytical testing. Responsibilities:Support laboratory operations through general maintenance of laboratory and supply storage areas equipment, instruments, and supplies.use general lab methods, techniques, equipment, and instrumentation in compliance with quality assurance programs and standard operating procedures.Retrieve samples from Sample Control for analysisPerform sample preparation including but not limited to: aliquot samples, spike and trace samples, prepare reagents, bottle samples, prepare concentrations, separation, sonication, liquid rack set upResolve discrepancies and anomalies to ensure samples are properly labeledPrepare general lab paperwork such as recording analysis results, tracking samples, bench sheets, and lab logbooksWash lab glassware to prepare for next day’s samplesRequirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience working in a fast pace, physical role Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s timeBasic knowledge of the information and techniques for lab testingBasic ability to analyze data and accurately document and recordStrong attention to detail, able to follow instructions written and oral Laboratory experience a plus; pipetting, plating samples, etc. Interest in gaining Laboratory/Science experience a huge plus!    System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
