Leading Architectural Consultancy Firm 5-day work week Central Excellent Employee-Centric Environment Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Laboratory Planner ( Architectural Consultancy).ResponsibilitiesDesign and plan laboratory spaces to support scientific and technical functions effectively. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate lab designs into broader facility plans. Evaluate user requirements and operational workflows to ensure optimal space utilization and safety compliance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative, practical solutions. Prepare and maintain planning documents, drawings, and technical specifications. Ensure all lab designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability best practices. Support project delivery from concept through construction and commissioning, coordinating with stakeholders at each stage. REQUIREMENTS:Preferred SkillsBachelor’s degree in Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in laboratory design, planning, or facility coordination preferred. Familiarity with laboratory equipment, utilities, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards. Proficiency in design and planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) is advantageous. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
