What You’ll DoValidate product specifications and conduct testing on:Thermal safetyEnergy consumptionCooking performanceNoise level, EMC, and environmental impact (where applicable)Component reliability and lifetimeMaterial performance (e.g. surface cleanability)Support platform and technology teams in validation activitiesPropose improvements to product design and testing methodsMaintain testing equipment in line with ISO9001 standardsAlign test methodologies with global R&D teams and external labsParticipate in concept development, FMEA, and project teamsSupport the introduction of new models into productionWho You AreA problem-solver with hands-on experience in testing and evaluationFamiliar with product development processes and authority approvals (e.g. EN, IEC, UL, CCC)Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including modifications and fault findingProficient in testing methodologies (DoE, statistical analysis, CFD, Weibull)Comfortable working with electric/electronic systems in a lab environmentStrong in technical writing and fluent in English (written and spoken)A team player who thrives in a global, matrix organizationOpen to travel and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentQualificationsRelevant degree in Engineering or related fieldExperience in a testing laboratory or R&D environmentStrong computer skills (MS Office, MS Project)Knowledge of IQ & EMS systems is a plusWhere you’ll beYou will be part of our Global R&D Food Preparation team in Satu Mare Factory, collaborating with colleagues across regions to deliver innovative and sustainable cooking solutions.
