This position will support our bacterial and fungi-based pro and post biotic research and production as the company moves to launch and optimize new ingredients and formulations within the dietary supplement and food markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in bacterial and fungal microbiology with experience in cell counting and imaging techniques including PCR, Flow Cytometry, and USP enumeration, fermentation, and ELISA analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory safety, meticulous documentation skills, and excellent critical thinking skills.
