Job AccountabilitiesDaily run & evaluate Internal Quality controls, External quality controls run, result evaluationLab equipment Preventive maintenance and calibration,Daily Lab investigation of PME, PEM, OPD & IPD and Biological monitoring - urine phenol scheduling, follow up and testingDaily Lab test results check technically and release in the systemNABL Co-ordination and documentations & maintain all recordsEmergency management related to labRegular Lab staff training scheduling and conduction, New Joinee orientation, training & ValidationTesting for DM water, shower water and Hospital infection control related testingTest parameter calibration as per the protocol and Inter lab comparison testing as per the scheduleEducation : Education qualification required as DMLTExperience : Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field
