Quality Lab TechnicianLocation: Belgium, BrusselsContract: Permanent, Full-timeIndustry: Manufacturing / Engineering / TechnologyAbout the RoleAs a Quality lab Technician you’ll support our engineering and quality teams through hands-on testing, product evaluation, and technical support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and manage product evaluations — from request through testing, documentation, and reporting.Prepare, assemble, and test product samples and tools for evaluations, demonstrations, and projects.Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and calibration schedules across European facilities.Support training sessions, demonstrations, and inspections for internal teams and visitors.Assist in quality assurance, including inspections, reporting, and process improvement.Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant working environment in line with 5S and safety standards.About YouTechnical diploma or equivalent education.Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with piping systems (knowledge of Victaulic products is a plus).Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools.Solid organizational and communication skills; fluent in English.Experience with calibration and lab testing equipment preferred.Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
