This role is critical for ensuring compliance with national labour regulations, managing employee relations issues, and advising on disciplinary and contractual matters. The ideal candidate will have strong legal expertise, a pragmatic approach to risk, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law;Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in labour/employment law, ideally in a corporate, legal advisory, or law firm setting;Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus;In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and regulations;Familiarity with HR practices, disciplinary procedures, workplace investigations, and employee relations strategies;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously;Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels;Discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity;Previous experience in industries such as casino, retail, call centres, HoReCa, banking, fast-food (nice to have).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal advice and guidance on labour law and employment-related matters;Draft, review, and update employment contracts, internal regulations, collective agreements, and HR policies to ensure legal compliance;Advise HR and management teams on handling employee grievances, terminations, misconduct, performance issues, and disciplinary actions;Represent or support the company in dealings with labour authorities, unions, or in employment-related litigation (if applicable);Monitor legal developments and regulatory changes in labour law and assess their impact on the business;Support internal investigations related to workplace conduct, ethics, or legal violations;Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to support business objectives in a compliant manner;What We Offer:A dynamic working environment with opportunities for growth and development.Collaboration with a professional and supportive team.Meal tickets;Private medical subscription;
