Our people are the key to this mission, and we invest in them to grow, innovate, and make an impact.Role DescriptionWe currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Support Consultant, to be based at our Cape Town branch.You are responsible forInclusive of, but not limited to:Provide quality support to clients and consultants.Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind.Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire Labour Law team.Secure, develop and maintain client relationshipsYou are a part ofOur people are experts in their field, who have a passion for what they do and constantly seek to exceed the expected standard.
