You will be responsible for assisting the medical and nursing staff in the preparation, care, and monitoring of patients in the operating room and recovery room, while ensuring a safe environment that complies with hygiene and safety standards. Your RoleUnder the supervision of the Operating Room Manager and the URDM Manager, you will play a key role in the quality and safety of care provided to our patients.

Prepare the operating room by ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of equipmentAssist with patient positioning and mobilization in the operating room and recovery roomGreet and accompany patients before, during, and after their procedureAssist medical staffParticipate in cleaning the operating room between caseStrictly adhere to basic protocols, standards, and practicesParticipate in managing medical equipment and supplies inventoryMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentParticipate in related tasks (laundry, maintenance, etc.

)RequirementsRequired ProfileExperience as a beneficiary attendant in the operating room is requiredKnowledge of hygiene and sterilization protocols in operating roomsAbility to work in a team, with rigor and a sense of serviceGood physical condition and adaptabilityPersonal QualitiesOrganizational skills, resourcefulness, empathy, and respect Team player, reliability, and good communication skills.
