Position Overview: As a Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating organisational change. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing changes to processes, systems, and technologies, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across all levels of the organisation. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving change initiatives to achieve business objectives.

What's it like day-to-day?Great question! Here’s a snapshot of what your day would look like at Lagom: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Assess the impact of proposed changes on individuals, teams, and the organisation as a whole, and develop mitigation plans accordingly. Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.

Create and deliver communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed about upcoming changes, their benefits, and the support available. Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through periods of change. Identify and address resistance to change through targeted interventions and communication strategies. Develop / support the adjustment of vendor training and learning programmes to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully adopt and embrace change. Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop tailored learning solutions.

Work closely with subject matter experts to develop / adjust training materials, resources, and delivery mechanisms. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Evaluate and make recommendations on readiness for change. Plan and support post implementation embedment exercises. Maintain documentation of change management activities, including plans, communication materials, training materials, and progress reports. Stay current on best practices in change management and training methodologies, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance organisational learning and development. To join the amazing us, you must have: Proven experience in change managementStrong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management strategies and plans that drive successful outcomes. Experience in identifying training and learning requirements, developing training programmes, and evaluating their effectiveness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions. Experience working with project management methodologies and tools. Certification in change management (e. g. , Prosci) and/or training and development is desirable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively. Degree in business, organisational psychology, or a related field preferred.
