Location: Lagos Company: Food Safe Ltd (Operators of SurPlus – www.surplus.com.ng)Type: Commission-BasedAbout SurPlusSurPlus is an impact-driven food commerce platform by Food Safe Ltd, focused on reducing food waste and making quality food affordable for everyone.We partner with food manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to resell surplus, near expired and unsold inventory to consumers, eateries, and small businesses — turning surplus into sustenance.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for field agents who will help us onboard sellers (manufacturers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets) onto the SurPlus platform.Your role is simple — get sellers to list their surplus, overstocked, near expiry or discounted products on SurPlus.Responsibilities✅ Identify and visit potential sellers in your assigned area.✅ Explain the SurPlus model and benefits to them.✅ Help sellers register and upload their first products.✅ Collect basic seller details and feedback from the field.✅ Meet weekly onboarding targets.RequirementsSmart, persuasive, and confident communicator.Must own a smartphone (for basic data collection and reporting).Field sales or FMCG experience is an advantage.Must be based in Lagos (for now).CompensationCommission-based — earn ₦2,000–₦5,000 per onboarded sellerBonus for every 10 successful onboardings.Outstanding performers can be upgraded to Regional Coordinators with higher commissions plus stable salary.
