The PositionThe Accounts Receivable Officer is a key member of the accounts team, responsible for ensuring the effective management of the company’s receivables. This role involves end – to – end processing of customer invoices, monitoring and following up on outstanding debts, reconciling accounts, and maintain accurate financial records. The Accounts Receivable Officer supports the overall financial health of the business by ensuring timely collections and contributing to accurate reporting and compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of accounts receivables, process, invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliations. End – to – end Credit Management – Oversee risk assessment, invoicing, collections, and compliance.
Assist with month – end and year – close processes, ensuring deadlines are metPrepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesAssist with the preparation and lodgement of necessary documentation for external stakeholders (Including BAS, FBT, surveys, etc). Preparation of forecast reports and aged debtor reports. Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting, banking duties, and support the Group Financial Controller with other finance – related tasks as needed.
