Job Description

The Traveling Archery Sales Technician/Driver will drive the LAS Express trailer to various archery events and assist customers with archery product and service. Assist Tournament Sales Supervisor in performing all functions in relation to the show trailer product including reorder lists, transfers, loading, unloading, inventory, reorder point maintenance and product selection.

Job ResponsibilitiesDrive company vehicle and trailer to event location, previous experience driving combination vehicles under 26,000 lbs preferredAssist customers with the purchase of archery equipment, answer technical questions and provide information and recommendations on productAssist customers with bow set-up, bow tuning, trouble-shooting and arrow buildingSuccessfully solve customer grievances resulting in a satisfied customerSet up cradlepoint, directional antennas, computers, printers, power, etcAssist in Pro Shop and Customer Service during trailer off season monthsMaintain active and dynamic knowledge of products in inventoryRequirementsAbility to travel 100 plus days per year, including weekends, between February and SeptemberBasic proficiency with personal computer operations; Microsoft Office applications preferredA current drivers license with clean historyAbility to obtain a DOT Medical CertificationPassion for archery as an all-encompassing sport with strong technical experienceAbility to approach customers with an enthusiastic attitudeStrong ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with customers and employeeStrong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be at least 21 years oldAbility to pass drug test and have an acceptable background checkThe physical/mental requirements for this job function are as follows:
