Full-time Program Director of Teaching and Learning

Status: Full-time Schedule: 8. 00 Hours/Day (8: 00 am-5: 00 pm), Monday-Friday 260 Days/Year Minimum Annual Salary: $116,765. 00Purpose Of PositionThe purpose of this position is to provide visionary and collaborative leadership to the IU13 Teaching and Learning (TLC) program, Instructional Services Department, and to networks of administrators, educational professionals and community partners in the 22 public school districts in Lancaster and Lebanon counties. This involves development and delivery of evidence-based, promising systems and processes that build capacity at IU13 within school districts and community partners.

Daily activities include, but are not limited to, supervision of program staff, providing program direction and guidance, championing the research and development of revenue-generating products and services, monitoring/addressing the fiscal health of TLC programs, and developing working relationships with community partners. This position will also work closely with department and enterprise leadership teams to provide essential input into carrying out IU13’s Vision and Commitments and administering the TLC Strategic Business Units, work closely with other IS leaders and community partners.
