The Land & Utility Officer will be responsible for:Managing land acquisitions, coordinating with utility providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing utility installations.Daily interactions with stakeholders, preparing documentation, and providing reports on project progress. Effective communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work on-site are essential.  Qualifications Experience in Land Management and Utility Coordination Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Permitting Processes Project Management and Documentation skills Strong Communication and Negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree or Diploma Prior experience in the construction and infrastructure industry is a plus Proficiency in relevant software and tools Experience 1 year and above
