Your flawless communication skills will be crucial acting as the main point of contact for all landowner queries and will ensure that consistent messaging is delivered to affected landowners particularly around the impact of upcoming developments.Here's what you'll needStrong understanding of the Irish property market, compulsory purchase law and practice including land and property acquisition processesAbility to manage multiple technical requirements and teams within a construction environmentFully proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools such as GISCreate a collaborative culture across the project teamGovern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service deliveryJoining Jacobs not only connects you locally but globally.
