The ideal candidate will possess both architectural flair and a commercial mindset, capable of delivering bespoke landscape solutions while driving business growth.Responsibilities:Design innovative and customized landscaping concepts for high-end villas and residential estates.Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Develop detailed presentations, 3D renderings, and technical drawings for client review and approval.Identify and engage prospective clients seeking premium landscape design and build services.Present BG Group’s portfolio, showcasing successful projects and differentiating value.Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Ensure project delivery aligns with the agreed design vision and scope.Stay informed on the latest trends in landscaping, sustainable design, outdoor living, and luxury property development.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related design field.At least 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, ideally within luxury residential or villa projects.Demonstrated success in sales or business development, especially in landscaping, construction, or real estate.Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit (preferred).Exceptional communication, client management, and negotiation skills.Strong aesthetic judgment with a deep understanding of luxury outdoor design principles.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of balancing both creative and commercial responsibilities.
