The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing landscape projects to ensure they meet environmental, aesthetic, and functional requirements in alignment with project specifications and local standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute landscape design plans, including softscape and hardscape layouts.Supervise and coordinate on-site implementation of landscape works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project timelines.Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape designs with overall project objectives.Oversee irrigation systems design and installation, ensuring efficient water use and compliance with environmental regulations.Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and provide solutions to technical issues.Select appropriate plants, materials, and finishes suited to Saudi Arabia’s climate and project requirements.Ensure that all landscape activities comply with Saudi building codes, environmental laws, and safety standards.Manage maintenance plans for completed landscape projects.Education & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in landscape architectureExperience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape design, implementation, and supervision within Saudi Arabia. Experience in large-scale projects such as public parks, urban developments, or infrastructure landscaping is preferred.Industry Knowledge:Strong knowledge of Saudi environmental regulations, municipality standards, and sustainable landscaping practices. Familiarity with irrigation systems, plant species suitable for arid climates, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements is essential.
