Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Job Description

The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for their assigned Landscape Maintenance customers. They are the face of the company and focuses on building and maintaining long term relationships. This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio or Landscape Maintenance accounts, and communicating with crews to maintain Customer Satisfaction and Account Retention.Clients primary contact to ensure customer satisfactionMust be able to present opportunities for enhancements and ensure landscape maintenanceoperations meet quality and high standardsMust be able to build long lasting relationshipsSell and meet annual sales goals for new maintenance contracts and enhancementsActively promote weekly/monthly property inspections with customersWork with operations to oversee portfolio and propertiesParticipate in all contract renewal processesNew contract sales including snow and landscape maintenanceMeet short term and long-term sales goals through out through contract enhancementopportunitiesOther task and duties as assigned by ownershipAttend all office functions and ongoing meetingsSkills2 years of field/account management experienceBachelor degree preferredPrior experience in our industry including local market preferredMust be familiar with maintenance and snow estimating including pricing
